To generate an infinite creation that is perpetually new, moment by moment, does not pose the slightest difficulty for Allah Most High.
َمَا ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ بِعَزِيزٍ
Wa maa zaalika 'alal laahi bi 'azeez
