Posted • Many memorable programs have been hosted at the Chapel over the last 50 years. One of the programs that our community remembers most fondly is the Sufi Whirling Ceremony. The first one was held in 1978, both inside the Chapel and on the plaza. ⁠ ⁠ We're excited to announce that our virtual 50th Anniversary Interfaith Service & Community Celebration on February 28th will bring the dervishes back and include a Sufi Whirling Ceremony from the Nur Ashki Jerrahi Communities in New York and Mexico City.
